Liam just couldn't wait for his scheduled c-section date (8/4) and decided to come a day early. I felt and heard a "pop" 7am Tuesday morning and contractions began shortly afterwards. They were about 10-15 minutes apart for most of the day, up until 3pm when they went to 7-8 minutes. My mom came over to watch the kids and my middle sister came to drive me to the hospital. By 4pm, the contractions were about 5 minutes apart and by the time my sister got me to the hospital they were every 2-3 minutes apart. The doc looked me over and got me right to the OR for the c-section. Hubby was called from the ICU department downstairs where he was working and Liam was born shortly after!!!
